September 2023: ROR for star hotels reaches 50.87 percent and the number of guests staying is 38,260 people

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during September 2023 was 50.87 percent, down 5.32 points compared to August 2023 which reached 56.19 percent. ROR for non-star hotels also decreased by 1.79 points to 21.35 percent.
Compared to the same month in the previous year, the ROR for star hotels in September 2023 fell 3.74 points, while non-star hotels rose 1.03 points.
The number of guests staying at star hotels in September 2023 was 38,260 people, down 9.52 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the number of guests staying at non-star hotels also fell 4.73 percent compared to the previous month.
