Abstract

Flight frequency rose 2.41 percent, from 1,079 flights (November 2022) to 1,105 flights (December 2022).
  • The number of air transport passengers increased by 11.64 percent, from 89,201 people (November 2022) to 99,580 people (December 2022).
  • Goods traffic using air transportation rose 16.67 percent, from 1,032 tons (November 2022) to 1,204 tons (December 2022).
  • The frequency of ship visits to ports in the Kalimantan Tengah region decreased by 9.93 percent, from 685 visits (November 2022) to 617 visits (December 2022).
  • The number of sea transport passengers increased by 7.20 percent, from 31,906 people (November 2022) to 34,204 people (December 2022).
  • Traffic of goods using sea transportation fell by 10.93 percent, from 1.35 million tonnes (November 2022) to 1.21 million tonnes (December 2022).
  • During December 2022, sea transport passenger activities were concentrated at Kumai Port (73.79 percent), while the volume of goods flow was concentrated at Sampit Port (49.28 percent).
