PUBLIC CONSULTATION FORUM

Public Consultation Forum activities carried out at the level of villages / wards for the purpose of verifying the existence of the households in the initial list of BDT (integrated database). Participants of Public Consultation Forum is the village head, the RT / RW and Community Leaders.

These activities are guided by facilitators and assistant facilitators. Which acts as a facilitator is one of the districts in question that can communicate with both the public forum, while assistant facilitators are organic BPS. In preparation activities, both facilitators and assistant facilitators have been trained in Palangkaraya for 2 days.

The East Barito District, there are 103 villages / wards. Upon consideration of population and geographical conditions, then in some villages / spanned more than one Public Consultation Forum Tamiang Layang Village include 2 times Public Consultation Forum and village Ampah Kota 5 times Public Consultation Forum.

Public Consultation Forum activities in East Barito began on May 26, 2015 has ended on June 17, 2015 according to the target schedule of activities. Data verification result in Public Consultation Forum then processed to generate a list of Public Consultation Forum to do door to door enumeration by officers.
